Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our office at 403-938-4300. Many times, a simple phone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. It is also your responsibility to know the terms of your vision coverage as we do not have access to your personal plan details.

We will submit an electronic claim to your insurance company on your behalf and aid in any other paperwork that may need to be completed.

A Message From Dr. Pitcher

It is crazy to think how things have changed so much in all of our lives over the past month. I am so appreciative and proud of my team and how they have faced challenges head-on. I am so appreciative of their support. They have worked so hard to help keep our patients safe while also looking out for each other and striving to keep their own families safe.

I also want to thank all of our Okotoks Eyecare patients and family for your patience and understanding. You all have been so great to work with while we have been adapting to changes that have been occurring on a daily basis. We are continuing to help everyone with emergency and urgent care situations and hope to be able to get back to normal as soon as possible. Please be safe and careful through this challenging time.
